CompScience Risk Reduction Program Requirements

1. Introduction

 

This document outlines the scope, objectives, key activities &deliverables between CompScience and our clientsfor participation in CompScience’s Risk Reduction Program. The program leverages CompScience’s innovative technology platform and deep loss control expertise to assess video footage from the client’s work site.to identify and help mitigate potential risks of injury. In the event of a conflict between the terms below and the [terms of service] (the “TOS”), the TOS will prevail.

 

2. Objectives

 

  • Leverage CompScience’s AI-powered video analytics platform to assess workplace safety risks based on real-world video footage in POLICYHOLDER facilities
  • Provide actionable insights on workplace safety risks and consultative mitigation guidance to POLICYHOLDER
  • Support compliance with safety regulations and enhance overall workplace safety culture
  • Help POLICYHOLDER reduce insurance costs over time via a reduction in losses within their facilities

 

3. Scope of Work

 

At a high level, the CompScience Risk Reduction Program consists of the following steps:

  1. Upload video footage
  2. Analyze video footage and generate Risk Report(s)
  3. Jointly review and align on mitigation measures
  4. Monitor Progress
  5. Repeat Steps 1-3 again in the 2nd half of the year

 

In order to ensure full coverage of relevant locations for POLICYHOLDER, CompScience may conduct one more iteration of the above program steps (To be determined during the Program Definition phase). Below are some additional details on how CompScience proposes to execute the steps for each of those iterations

Onboarding Launch call including Initial discussions and assessment of safety objectives, technical configuration, organizational needs and operational constraints to jointly agree on plans for below initiatives

2. Risk Mitigation Program

a) Upload and process approx 200 hours of video from one or more facilities through CompScience Platform

First 30 days, again in 2nd half of the year

b) Review of output by CompScienceRisk Services team, generate and deliver customized Risk Reports to Stakeholders based on findings therein

Typically about 10 weeks into the policy and then again in the 2nd half of the year.

c) Jointly review and discuss findings(Risk Report Review and Mitigation Meetings)

Beginning after report delivery and continuing as needed from there.

3. Ongoing /Other

Enable logins and utilization of CompScience application by POLICYHOLDER employees

Access provided once policy is issued,with Risk Report Details (including recommended actions, supporting video and other resources) provided upon successful creation of risk report(s)

Availability of CompScience Risk Services Team for any questions related to Safety

Ongoing

Other mutually agreed upon Risk Mitigation Strategies as appropriate (which could include virtual walkthroughs or in person visits by the CompScience Loss Control Team)

4. Timeline

5. Roles & Responsibilities

 

CompScience:

  • Provide and maintain the AI risk analysis platform
  • Analyze video data and deliver actionable insights
  • Assign Loss control experts (Risk Services)to review and discuss findings with POLICYHOLDER
  • Provide consultative guidance and additional resources on potential mitigations as needed
  • Safely and Securely store all video footage

 

POLICYHOLDER:

  • Provide required technical, operational, or safety information to allow for an optimal design of the program for POLICYHOLDER
  • Grant access or upload requested video footage
  • Implement recommended safety improvements as appropriate
  • Participate in Onboarding kickoff and review/mitigation meetings
